Rectory Farm house renovations continue with a new roof, new insulation for modern living.

Upgrading the house to today’s building standard from the Victorian period has meant the walls are being stripped back the floors removed for new insulation installed. Modern electrics and plumbing and the roof area and walls insulated. John and his team are busy improving all areas. The objective is for the House to be fit for purpose for the next 50 years. New windows to be installed and the garden transformed to suit the property. Modern heating will be installed last. I’m looking forward to the property starting to look better. The new roof will be a great start. Once we have the property water tight we can make a good start on the new floors and plaster .
