We thought we’d share some highlights from our P.X. Farms Twitter account managed by our Managing Director James Peck today – exciting progress being made drilling sugar beet and potatoes and cultivating – twitter.com/Pxfarms
Recruiting new drivers for our expanding haulage fleet!
We’re in the exciting process of expanding our haulage fleet, with two of our four new Volvos arriving yesterday.
And, as a result of this new expansion, we’re currently recruiting new drivers! This is to work alongside our farm team, moving agricultural goods such as cereals, sugar beet, potatoes and fertilisers.

As an aside, we’re also looking to introduce a graduate driver scheme – more to follow on the blog soon.
The highlight of our drivers training day yesterday had to be the arrival of 2 out of 4 of the new trucks…they definitely got the seal of approval! Looking forward to seeing them out on the road in all their splendour! @PXFarmsHaulage #pxfarms #volvo @bulkandtipper pic.twitter.com/fOd0DgTv86

We grow and handle 50,000 tonnes of sugar beet in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire delivering to Wissington and Bury St Edmunds on contract to British Sugar. Utilising our own machinery and management expertise to maximise return, create rotation and benefit the soil.
